Events to look forward to

For those of you who are interested, here is the list of Steelhead's April events. All events are from 7-9pm SLT unless otherwise stated.

Friday, April 4th: "Honey, you sunk my battleship!" (aka Underwater) dance, Steelhead docks/bay area

Friday, April 11th: Arabian Nights (an event with Caledon/Loch Avie), Steelhead Grande Hotel and Ballroom

(an example of appropriate attire for this event)

Friday, April 18th: Take Ruth on a date (aka Ugly Avatar), Kokopelli Stage

Friday, April 25th: Formal dance in the Steelhead Gardens.

Mere Words Cannot Convey the Feeling in My Heart

It is hard to believe but it has been offically one year since my beloved Edward and I became a couple. As I sit here to pen these few lines, my mind goes back through the events of this past year. I must confess that he and I have had very few disagreements (both of which we were quite amiably able to agree to disagree) and only one very tense moment where our tempers flared. However, even in that circumstance no unkind or harsh words were directed at the other party. We have had many, many, *many* good times and I have enjoyed being the companion of choice for Edward.

I feel very fortunate and blessed to have found a gentleman who is kind, charming, has a delightful sense of humour, excellent style, exceedingly handsome and very talented as well. And for the record, no, the ticking does not drive me crazy....I rather like it and I miss it when I do not hear it. Besides, that arm is *very* useful for many things and the torque Edward can produce with it can open even the most difficult jar.

I would like to thank Edward for picking me over all the other delightful ladies in Caledon, Steelhead, etc and for being such a perfect partner in our journeys together. I look forward to watching many more sunsets with you my love.
