You are Cordially Invited To Attend...

Please join us for tea and refreshments in the Steelhead City Gardens on August 4th from 2-4 pm SLT. The lovely and gracious Miss Lumina Elvenjem will be our hostess, guiding us through the garden she lovingly created to beautify Steelhead.

From 4:30-6:30pm SLT, please join us for an evening of dancing to jazz at the Kokopelli Stage, adjacent to the Garden.

Donations are always welcome and appreciated. Donors who are kind enough to meet or exceed the L$250 mark will receive a lovely custom made fountain by Tensai Designs. These fountains are made by the talented Tensai Hilra.

Sponsors of the afternoon tea are JeZeBeLes Realm and Rosehaven Recipes. Furnishings provided by Pacific Ocean Romance Weddings.

DRAT!

I got the time wrong. And even then I would have been late due to RL concerns. I arrived on site at five pm to see Lunar, Lumina, Tensai, the Wraith that inhabits Tombstone, and Mr. Ichiro Takahe sitting around a table, drinking tea. Jez arrived soon after. It was convivial, but knowing I missed the actual event made me pout.

Ah, well. Alas. The tea was very good, though! You'll have to do this again!

Who, pray tell is this "Camiseta Personalizada" character? Does anyone know? From what I can gather from the link, they sell personalized t-shirts.....so what that has to do with a Victorian tea is beyond me! *Shakes her head, and pours another cup*

As for doing this again, it is in the works to have another tea as part of the Harvest Festival.

Dear Lady Pearse,

I am afraid that I was unable to attend the event due to the twin calamities of my own remiss nature in discovering the open invitation two days too late, and my aethernet provider being boarded by pirates and having their connection severed by a stray cutlass (or at least, so they claim) on the day in question. Would there be, pray tell, any plans to hold another event in the near future?

Yours in Travel. And an eyepatch.
